Every Rugged Liner bed liner is vehicle-specific. The part number identifies the exact truck and bed length it belongs to — for example, the C65U14 is a 6.5-foot under-rail liner for late-model Chevy and GMC trucks, and the JG5U20 is built for the Jeep Gladiator. Match the part number to your year, make, model, and bed length and you’ll get a drop-in fit.
Under-rail Rugged Liner bed liners sit beneath the bed rails, leaving the painted rail tops exposed — the cleanest look, and a perfect match with a tonneau cover. Over-rail liners (like the D8OR06 and FR6OR93) extend up and over the rails to fully cap them, giving maximum protection if your rails take regular abuse from loading and unloading.
Yes — Rugged Liner tonneau covers, including the Premium Tri-Fold, the E-Series Hard Folding, and the HC3 Premium Hard Fold, are designed to work with our under-rail bed liners. The combination gives you full floor and sidewall protection inside the bed plus a sealed, lockable cover on top.
Our wheel well liners (WWC20HD, WWC19, WWGMC19, WWGMC14 and others) are heavy-duty inner liners that cover the bare rear wheel wells exposed inside the cab fender area. They block road salt, rocks, and water from reaching the inside of the sheet metal — the single biggest cause of rust starting from the inside out. If you drive in salt belts or off-road, they’re a high-return upgrade.
Rugged Liner replacement clips, bed mats (588 and 598), and the Short Pocket Net 7-inch are all available as standalone parts.
